Short Term Therapy
Our team consists of pre-licensed clinicians who work under the supervision of licensed MFTs. Ongoing weekly therapy appointments are available, as well as walk-in appointments for immediate crisis support.

- Sleeping Difficulties
- Stress, Anxiety, Anger, Excessive Worry or Guilt
- Mental Health Referrals
If you need extra support, the mental health team can connect you to low-cost community resources that are able to help with acute or long-term mental health problems.
Crisis Intervention
If you notice you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty coping, or feel like you could benefit from talking to someone immediately, the OCC Student Health Center staff is experienced at assisting students in crisis. Please stop by the Student Health Center any time during regular office hours. We’re here to help.
