Application Tips from the Transfer Center
- Meet with a counselor early and often to ensure you are on track to transfer and will meet requirements
- Know your "transfer timeline" - meaning when do you hope to start at a university, when will you meet the requirements, and what are the application dates and deadlines
- Attend an application workshop.
- Begin your application early! Don't wait until the last minute.
- Check your email often for updates
- Whenever you need help or have a question, remember that the OCC Transfer Center is here to help. Use our walk-in counseling service for help with application questions.
