Academic Progress Report (APR) Requirements-Fall/Spring

• 1. All students must upload a summary of their semester grades each Fall/Spring on Canvas during APR Week.
  • View the step-by-step tutorial to locate a summary of your grades on Canvas.
  • Plan Ahead: If one of your classes doesn't use Canvas or hasn't posted a grade on Canvas, please ask your professor for your current grade and upload that email to Canvas. Contact us if you need any assistance or ask a counselor on Walk-In Wednesdays.
• 2. All students are required to meet with an EOPS counselor during APR Week, in-person or virtually. APR Counseling drop-in times can be found in Canvas.
  1. To complete the APR counseling drop-in in-person will be during normal office hours in the EOPS Office.
  2. To complete the APR counseling drop-in virtually, go directly to the EOPS Canvas Community Center home page and locate "Drop-In Counseling."
  3. Make sure you have uploaded your APR before meeting with a counselor. If you need assistance, reach out to the EOPS front desk at (714) 432-5817.
  4. You will be helped in the order you enter the lobby virtually or in-person. 
  5. The lobbies will be closed 10 minutes before the end of the scheduled drop-in time.
• 3. Remember—to fulfill the second appointment, all students must drop-in with an EOPS counselor in person or virtually during APR Drop-In Week.

  2. Virtually, you will enter Drop-In Counseling through the EOPS Canvas Community Center home page and you will be seen by a counselor in the order you entered. If you have difficulties, contact EOPS front desk to help.
  3. Do NOT wait until the last minute. You can avoid long wait times by completing your APR early!
