The goal of this program is to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness. Students will develop personal leadership skills, study ethical dimensions of leadership, understand how leadership affects people, organizations, and society, and articulate and apply their own philosophy of leadership in their careers and lives.

PROGRAM CERTIFICATE
If you're seeking an Associate in Arts Degree, Associate of Science Degree, or a Certificate of Achievement, you must submit a petition for graduation at the beginning of the last semester in which you will be completing the requirements for graduation. The graduation application is available online as a fill in form or in the Enrollment Center (Student Records) during the graduation petitioning periods. You must meet all the graduation requirements listed in the OCC course catalog.
