COS A001N - Introduction to Customer Service

  • Learn and practice effective communication and customer service skills
  • Explain techniques and strategies to build relationships with customers
  • Review different types of customer service and soft skills
  • Role-play appropriate techniques for dealing with challenging customers 

COS A002N - Customer Service & Retail Employment Opportunities

  • Explore different companies and positions in the retail industry
  • Identify main duties and responsibilities of different jobs
  • Prepare a job application and practice interviewing
